We used Bondgate to build a two-storey side extension to our three-bed semi earlier this year. This involved two double bedrooms upstairs and conversion of the existing third bedroom into an ensuite. Downstairs we have a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area which is fantastic.

We came across the company after submitting plans to the council which resulted in a flurry of letters from various builders offering their services. We already had three builders recommended to us by friends and decided to get a few other quotes for comparison.

The guys impressed us right from the start. They communicated well, was knowledgeable and their quote arrived promptly and was extremely detailed and comprehensive. His price was also competitive.

We decided to go with Bondgate over the recommended builders and were not disappointed. Work started on time, progressed very quickly and was completed on budget. Bondgate was onsite virtually every day and was always contactable by phone or email if I needed to discuss something after getting home from work. Inevitably with any major building work, there will be problems along the way. We had a few minor issues but Bondgate always ensured these were sorted out quickly.
